1. UPS A street address is required for delivery. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, following receipt of payment or credit card approval. You can expect delivery within 1-2 weeks of the shipping date.

Return and Exchange Policy
We appreciate your business and we want you to be 100% satisfied with our merchandise. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order you can return it to us within 30 days. EXCEPTIONS Intimate items are non returnable ! (Packages should be postmarked no later than 15 days to account for shipping time.)

The following items may be returned for an exchange or store credit only:

When we receive the merchandise, depending on your selection, we will either credit the original form of payment, issue store credit (for sale items or formal dresses), or exchange for desired items. Shipping fees are not refundable. Returns will be processed within 5-15 business days after we receive the returned garment.
